State-Licensed & Insured · Complete Engineering & Permitting Included · Locked-In Exact Pricing

You bought a Florida home to spend your time outside. The problem is that having yard space isn't the same as having usable space. Between soggy turf, uneven grade, an unfinished yard keeps your family stuck indoors. We handle the site engineering, permits, and structural build to turn that wasted square footage into an everyday outdoor living room that stands up to Florida weather.

Questions homeowners ask before they call

  • Wood or composite: which should I pick?

It comes down to look, upkeep, and budget. Pressure-treated wood gives you the classic look and feel of real wood. Composite needs less upkeep over the years. We’ll bring samples of both to your consultation so you can see and feel the difference before you decide.

  • How long does it take to build a deck?

Most decks take our crew 1–2 weeks to build. If your project needs a permit, the clock starts once it’s approved, and approval times vary by city and county. We’ll give you a realistic schedule at your consultation based on your deck’s size and design.

  • Do I need a permit for my deck?

Usually, but it depends on where you live. Your city or county decides based on the deck’s size, height, and whether it attaches to the house. We’ll tell you what your building department requires at the consultation, and when a permit is needed, we pull it and schedule the inspections.

  • What warranty do I get?

Our 2-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer's own warranty on composite boards.

  • Is the consultation really free?

Yes. We come out, measure, lay it out, and give you a written number. No obligation.

  • What happens after I fill out the form?

We’ll reach out to schedule your free on-site consultation at a time that works for you. Our office is open Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm. If you’d rather talk right now, call us at (772) 758-5372 and we’ll get you on the calendar.

  • Can you replace my old deck?

Yes. We can tear out your old deck and build a new one in its place, often with a better layout than the original. During the consultation, we’ll look at what’s there now and tell you straight what the new deck needs.
