3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or in person. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. While we do not charge a cancellation fee, we appreciate your understanding in providing timely notice to allow us to accommodate other clients.
4. Payments
Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. For subscription services, the initial payment is collected in person, and subsequent payments will be processed automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Refunds
Refunds for services are offered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss any concerns regarding your service.
6. Age Requirement
All clients must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent present to provide consent in person.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling appointments or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information.

Share your account information with others. Resell products purchased from Right Way Enclosures. Engage in any inappropriate or disruptive behavior during consultations or treatments.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Right Way Enclosures makes no guarantees about the results of our services. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services.

Warranties are put in place with clients via signed contracts. Please see your signed contract for specific warranties.

We may terminate your access to our services in accordance with the contract you have with us, including violation of these Terms.

19. Pool Construction & Licensing Disclosure
Right Way Enclosures is a licensed Aluminum and Concrete/Masonry specialty contractor. We specialize in the design, planning, and project management of comprehensive outdoor living spaces.
PLEASE NOTE: The Company is not currently a licensed Swimming Pool Contractor under Florida Statute 489. All swimming pool construction services—including but not limited to excavation, structural shell construction (gunite/fiberglass), plumbing/hydraulics, and equipment installation—are performed by independent, fully licensed, and insured Florida Swimming Pool Contractors ("Pool Partners").
How We Work: While Right Way Enclosures serves as your primary Design Consultant and Project Coordinator to ensure a cohesive aesthetic and timeline, the specific scope of work regarding the swimming pool vessel will be contracted through a licensed partner who holds the permit and liability for the pool shell and hydraulic systems. This structure ensures that your project receives the highest level of design integration while maintaining full compliance with Florida Building Code and licensing requirements.
